Great safe but very poor quality control. I had to partially disassemble the door due to a loose nut that held the opening handle. The handle rotated and didn't open the safe. It did finally after multiple attempts. After tightened the retention nut it works fine.

Love it! Exactly what I was looking for. Has more features than other safes and yet was less expensive.

Like the safe except found there is wrong information as far as opening the safe after putting in your code.

It's a nice safe but it holds NO WHERE NEAR 18 guns!!! With stocks and a few with optics we only fit 9 rifles/shotguns in the safe.

Unit is just as described and a great value for the price! We love the security features and versatility! Would recommend!

Great safe for the price,with free delivery. Fire proof, and came with hardware to bolt it to floor.

The safe was ordered on-line, delivered on time and in good shape. It is a gift for Christmas and hasn't been opened yet but have no concerns at this time.

Safe arrived 1 day early. Delivery guys were great. Safe was in perfect condition. I was initially hesitant to buy safe and have it delivered because many of the reviews mention their safes arrived with damage.

Doesn't even come close to holding 18 long guns. We couldn't even fit 12 long guns and they don't all have scopes. Ended up returning and getting thec36 gun safe.

The product was as described and a quality product for the price. It will do the job. The Butler PA, SAMS Club was responsive and helped load the unit. Excellent Customer Service as always.
