Bought two of these safes for my sons to put in their new houses. It is a good safe for several guns and valuables. It is a good size for a closet and still be able to use the closet for clothes. Be sure to anchor the safe securely, if not, it would be easy for someone to take the entire out of the closet.

I have 8 long arms in it and its full. The size doesnt take optics or accessories in to account. But you cane beat the quality for the price

it says 18 gun safe which is accurate, but it does not account for scopes on the guns. So it does not actually fit 18 guns with scopes. It will fit 18 guns without scopes. So when shopping for a gun safe, remember to take into account the room for scopes.

For the price this a great safe. Only issue I have to report is the keypad battery that was shipped with the safe was bad. I installed the battery initially and the keypad would not open the door. All the lights came on and indicated the battery was fully charged but that was not the case. I grabbed a Duracell 9 volt I had laying around and fixed my issue.

Was delivered fast. Im still having an issue set my own code. I used the code provided and it openned with no problem. Followed the directions to set my code, will not work. Jad my son try to reset and he had same results. Will have to call customer service to see if they can help. Other then that beautiful safe looks nice and secure.

So far so good, minor hiccup but issues resolved. Good bang for the buck. Initially order arrived at my home as scheduled but with clear damage. I refused delivery, called customer service and they promptly shipped a replacement. The replacement arrived as scheduled with no obvious signs of damage. Set up took a bit longer than expected. Was missing some plastic parts to set up an interior shelf but oh well. I wasnt going to send it back for that. Instruction booklet was outdated so go to manufacturers website for updated instructions. Finally get that done. Tested out the electronic lock many times and it worked fine. Week or so later I'm trying to show off my new safe to some family but couldn't get the safe to open. Used the override manual keys to open it. Long story short, after waiting for a call back from the manufacturer, turns out safes are being shipped with low charge batteries. Manufacturer customer service says he's received a lot of calls with same issue. So I ran out and got a new battery and now I'm back in business. Its been a week on the new battery, hopefully it works next week. I guess I would of given it 5 stars if I didnt have to deal with all the little issues.

This is hard to review for a couple of reasons. The safe took much longer to arrive than what was originally expected. When it did arrive, the 8am to 12pm delivery time I had set up was missed, so instead of taking a 1/2 day off work, I had to take a full day off work. When I unboxed the safe, the safe looked used. The door panel was extremely dirty and also had a long scratch on it. My guess is, someone returned it, and Sam's Club put it back into new inventory. But to be fair, I did not report the dirtiness and scratches to Sam's Club to have them correct it. With the hassle that I had getting the safe to arrive, it is not worth it to take another full day off work to have a replacement delivered. Regarding the safe itself, aside from it being used, it is a nice safe. It holds what I need it to hold, and definitely sturdy and well built.

This safe considering the price is very nice! For the money I would rate it a 4.5 star, the reason the low rating is the way its organized inside! It is listed to fit 18 guns.. you can fit a bunch of hand guns but if you have any rifles with a scope and magazine amd optics you run out of room quick. On the tall side I had two rifles and maybe there would be room for one more if you bunch them up! Since its so narrow it would be nice for the center devider to be adjustable left or right

Safe has a nice lock, and can be moved by one person if need be. Looks great and easy to use. What i noticed and didnt like is that it will absolutely not hold anywhere close to 18 guns. I have .22, pellet, 2 shotguns and 2 pistols (in the door) and a pistol AR in it and the pistol AR sits under the shotguns luckily, but other than the its maxed out. The shelves aren't level which is aggravating. If youre looking for a small safe with just a few guns and ammo this it. Im just using this as an overflow to my bigger one at the moment then filling this one with just ammo due to the amount of shelves it comes with and lack of space for bigger guns.

Safe arrived on time but was damaged. Sent emails and tried to call. Brand new safe damaged with not a single reply. Even called the delivery company 3 mins after they left and did nothing
