This safe considering the price is very nice! For the money I would rate it a 4.5 star, the reason the low rating is the way its organized inside! It is listed to fit 18 guns.. you can fit a bunch of hand guns but if you have any rifles with a scope and magazine amd optics you run out of room quick. On the tall side I had two rifles and maybe there would be room for one more if you bunch them up! Since its so narrow it would be nice for the center devider to be adjustable left or right

Safe is great for price, not going to hold 18 guns and couldn't use shelves, do not order and have shipped, had to return two due to damage, finally had to go to store and purchase one, getting refund was a hassle and took awhile.

Nice heavy duty steel construction, nicely finshed inside very happy with back door hanging pockets for accessories or side arms. I would recomend this to friend to keep my guns safe.

After the first one arrived damaged in the box the corner was dented to the point the upper hinge was impacted. Next one arrived a week later and works great so far.

Safe had large scratches on it when received (shipping issues, but also should have been packaged better from China).....kept it anyway because safe is placed in a closet so scratches cannot be seen. Have issues with lockout on electronic keypad. Customer service is very responsive, so I am optimistic that this will be resolved. Well built for the money.

A great value, fire resistant safe. Ive read reviews pertaining to the number of "guns" safes can hold, well, as a rule of thumb, if it says18, know that 9 rifles will fit without the consumer needing a Masters degree in Organization! With this being said, I also opted to keep the shelves (they're removable), thus reducing the number of rifles I could store. I like the two pistol/revolver holders and pouches on the door. Overall, for the size, weight (it is light) and amenities this safe offers, coupled with free delivery, is why I rated it a 5 star.

Great safe but very poor quality control. I had to partially disassemble the door due to a loose nut that held the opening handle. The handle rotated and didn't open the safe. It did finally after multiple attempts. After tightened the retention nut it works fine.

This is one of the classic examples of you get what you pay for. Pros: -cheap -doesn't look awful -good size - nice door organizer Cons -instruction book isn't accurate. It doesn't tell you the correct way to program a new code. -it stinks. I mean it has a horrible smell to it. Not sure what is causing it, but the inside of this thing smells awful. Haven't been able to bring it in and set it up yet it smells so bad. -Had issues with delivery. First safe was heavily damaged and had to be returned. Not the safest fault but worth noting. If I had to do it all over again, I would probably have bought something different.

The safe arrived with the shipping box all torn up, thankfully there was only 1 small dent in the back and a small scratch in the paint. The battery included with the safe for the electronic lock was no good and prevented me from being able to unlock the safe and program the new code. Everything worked well with a new battery for about 1 day, now the electronic lock is beeping constantly even when a new battery is installed. I emailed customer support but have not received a response yet. Overall the safe seems sturdy.
