Very easy to assemble. I dislike that the chair does not have lumbar support. Contacted Sams Rep and he suggested Lazy Boy Model LZB48957 - "La-Z-Boy Commercial 2000 High-Back Executive Chair with Dynamic Lumbar Support, Black". Not impressed with the ratings of the suggested model. Will need to buy a back cushion lumbar support pillow to adapt to my La-Z-Boy Alston Big & Tall Executive Chair.

Easy assembly, strong and comfortable. I wish the arm height was adjustable. After assembling and using for a few days, I voted with my wallet and bought a second one for my home desk. My wife has taken it for her use. Thinking about a third. If I knew any little kids nearby, the box each comes in would make a sturdy indoor playhouse/fort/castle before recycling.

I sit at my desk a lot during the day as I have a home business. It is by far the nicest and most comfortable one I have ever had. I usually go to a store and sit on these so I can pick one that works for me. I ordered this online because of the feedback and have not been disappointed. Very well made and extremely sturdy. Also EASY to put together.

Very comfortable, exactly as advertised, quality materials, easy to put together(requires no tools), big and tall, great back support! I bought one about 3.5 years ago and it was leaning to one side a bit. This chair is so great, and nicely priced, I bought the same one!

Great chair—big for home office use. I'm six feet tall and adjusting the chair to my height puts the arms at odds with the desk work area. This is not the fault of the chair and I kind of expected it. But the chair's construction is really ergonomic and I have used it for two weeks now. I am much less sore at the end of the work day in my back, knees and hips. I sat in other chairs before buying this one and it beat them, hands down.
