La-Z-Boy Executive Chair

I am 6 foot 3 260 lbs. This is great for big folks like me. It is soft and comfortable.

Very big comfortable chair we love it.

I have submitted my complaints about quality directly to the manufacturer, but there has been no response. The chair is OK, but there are several finish flaws with rough metal edges, misaligned upholstery on the arms, plastic bits hanging where they probably shouldn't. Definitely not up to La-Z-Boy standards.

Expected Better

Excellent chair and very comfortable!  A family member told me about this chair and how much they liked it and I've been struggling with not enough cushion in other chairs I've bought since working from home and this chair is AMAZING! No more pain in the rear after sitting all day!
