Bought this chair for my husband. It is nice and big. He loves everything about it except one of the adjuster arms keep hitting his leg.

We put together in about two or three minutes and it is extremely comfortable. The casters seem very smooth.

Best office chair we have had for the money. Look good in the office and were very simple to put together.

Big and comfy at a great price, but wont lower. As far as it should. Also controls feel cheap not like a real lazy boy chair.

This chair isn't even two years old. Faulty shocks, chair leans right, push button lock system is a joke and has torn out on both sides. Lazyboy will not honor 10yr warranty except for the air shock.. which still leaves the chair useless!

Bought a version of this chair manufactured my True Innovations. The seat back has broken from arm twice. They now says the warranty is only 1 year. Misleading warranty claim. Don't waste your money.

Not really a big and tall chair. Very uncomfortable for me a big and tall man. No support for your neck and the seat depth so shallow feels like your going to slide out the front at anytime.

I'm 315 with big legs and hips and this chair is perfect. I'm 6'4 and I'm able to rest my head back against the high back rest. No squeaks and took my 5 minutes to put together. Happy!

Thought that getting a major brand name would assure years of solid comfort. However, this chair has Zero lumbar support! Makes sitting for extended periods of time very uncomfortable. Sorry to say that this item was returned back to Sam's Club.
