I needed a new chair for my office. Saw this online and read all the reviews. Great chair and very comfortable

Very comfortable, we had purchased the regular version of this chair but the back was too short for us, the big and tall version was perfect!

Very comfortable. It was easy to put together. I'm sure I'll get many years use out of it. Glad I decided to buy. Shouldn't have waited so long.

It's a good sturdy chair and well worth the money. The downside is that, like most chairs, it sits lower than I'd like.

The chair is great quality, sturdy and con easily accommodate big and tall. Great for my new home office.

Thought that getting a major brand name would assure years of solid comfort. However, this chair has Zero lumbar support! Makes sitting for extended periods of time very uncomfortable. Sorry to say that this item was returned back to Sam's Club.

I'm 315 with big legs and hips and this chair is perfect. I'm 6'4 and I'm able to rest my head back against the high back rest. No squeaks and took my 5 minutes to put together. Happy!

Bought a version of this chair manufactured my True Innovations. The seat back has broken from arm twice. They now says the warranty is only 1 year. Misleading warranty claim. Don't waste your money.

Very easy to assembly but the first has one side lower than the other, we received the second but it has one broken part and the the leather too. So I returned both of them.

Not really a big and tall chair. Very uncomfortable for me a big and tall man. No support for your neck and the seat depth so shallow feels like your going to slide out the front at anytime.
