I am 6'7" 320 and the chair fits me perfectly; the wife not so much, she is 5'4". Have had it for a few weeks and no mechanical problems so far.

We have bought three of these over the years. They are very comfortable and hold up to a lot of use.

It is a very comfortable desk chair. The knob on the seat plate arrived broken , contacted the company and they sent a replacement with no problems.

Well, I returned. Less quality and comfort than previous purchase. Online chair (same price) a "bit" better than Sams in-store chair. Not sure why.
