I buy this and split it up and freeze in vacuum-sealed bags to use when making soup and stews in my instapot

Normally when cooked in the pressure cooker comes out tender. This time it did not. Cooked longer and it didn't help.

Hoping it’s edible with all the thin layers of whatever that is. Had to cut fat and gristle off. Just wanted to come home and separate for a couple meals, not mess with it Wouldnt let me add a photo

This is by far the BEST Stew Meat my husband and I have had. I cook 7 days a week...I cook a lot lol. We were very disappointed with Dillons roasts the past several years. We decided to try Sam's drew meat and the texture & flavor are exceptional!

We bought this and used it for beef and broccoli stir fry. It was so tender. Much more tender than most beef cubes we have had in the past and there was very little shrinkage. Definitely buying this beef again soon!
