Good quality beef for stew

Meat is good and fresh perfect to cook it with anything you crave

Much leaner than what you usually find at the supermarket

I enjoyed it in my gumbo. All family loved it.

I make shredded beef in my Instapot.

It was tasty and tender but had too much fat for me. Spent time to trim it.

Used this for a stir fry. Absolutely loved the marbling and the taste was silky tender.
