Reasonably priced very tender

Great value! Meat is very tender.

The Angus Beef was thick and dry.

A little to fatty for me I havd to remove all fat before cooking.

Not stew meat. Completely lean and not suitable for slow stew cooking.

Fabulous for Stews, Chili or just wrapped in bacon and baked/grilled. Good quality.

Big chunks. Would be great if they were more of a bite size

VERY very poorly cut had very HUGE cuts almost the size of a steak

Tasty meat for stewing and well priced

The meat tastes tough and also have the taste of liver.
