Very good. Not fatty Perfect to use in my veggie soup

The meat had two much fat on it.

VERY very poorly cut had very HUGE cuts almost the size of a steak

Fresh and good quantity for the price

Inconsistent sized cuts means uneven cooking.

I expected 10 lbs of beef as pictured and got half of that.

Delicious and tender beef stew meat

So good and came out tender

Big chunks, had to be cut up. Tough and chewy and a lot of silver skin.

Meat is great for stew but the pieces are a bit too big.
