Overall pretty good. Not too fatty. Fresh, which is important. Made a beef stew which was yummy. Will get again.

So good! The meat was fresh, cut in perfect bite sized chunks. Super tender coming out of the crockpot!

After cooking and then eating I bit down on a large bone. Examining the rest of the stew I found another peice of bone.

Meat spoils before use by date. Happened twice so far. Only given a partial refund. I will not be buying again.

I’ve bought stew meat from Sam’s multiple times. This purchase was very disappointing. Full of fat and tough meat. Awful.

Good quality, sufficient amount of meat, some chunks could be smaller, requires moisture and a long slow cook time to get tender but very good

So much fat and tendons we couldn’t eat it and had to throw it away. It didn’t use to be like this. Please Sam’s watch for this.

Sadly the meat was very tough. The only way I would suggest eating it would be to use a crockpot or instant pot.

Can sometimes find a batch not trimmed well with pretty meat on top covering up inferior meat underneath. Not so with this purchase. Great trim. Great taste.

Saw this large package of stewmeat at Sam's Club so I purchased it. As I divided it up for the freezer I noticed a lot of fat and gristle, a lot of time was spent cutting all this off. I would rather spend a little more for a better cut.
