Aged beyond what the Sell By Date would suggest

Family staple and works in so many things for Fall and Winter. Braise and eat, it's good meat.

Label said 3.98lb but when weighed at home it was 3.16lb now I’m not sure if I get what I pay for.

Meat was poor quality. Looked and tasted old.

Quality has gone way down, grey looking meat now and tough and stringy when cooked. Oh, and costs more now, another Sam's Club disgrace

Great for a stew or Chili.. completive price... and good quality.

We have been purchasing this meat for years. It has went up $2/pound in the last month. This is crazy for the quality of meat.
