PURCHASED 2 PACKAGES ON 5JUNE23 USED FOR KABOBS.THEY HAD TOO MUCH GRISTLE AND THEY WERE TOUGH. I'VE USED DIFFERENT BEEF BEFORE AND THEY WERE GREAT. THIS WAS SO BAD THAT I WAS EMBARRASSED TO SERVE THEM

Had to cut the pieces a little smaller but the meat was tender and very good.

Love this. Though, I will say that some of the pieces are a little bit big. I have to cut them down

Turned out having lots of flavor and very tender

Very little fat and very versatile

Mix of tender and really chewy tough pieces. For the price and convenience it's expected.

So tender fried up like steak.
