[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not happy with the service I had a warped drawer. Service tech tried to shave off bottom of drawer. Said he was going to order new drawer. After several calls drawer was deliver and works beautifully.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has great features and is very well spaced and set up. We’ve had to have it services twice in the first two and a half years of use. Noisy fan that was covered in ice (twice) and are currently trying to get it repaired again bc the Fridge portion is not keeping items cold. We’ve had issues with another LG fridge at another house and will not be buying LG again.

We are enjoying the dual freezer design which makes it very easy to see at a glance what we have. The conveince of the ice and water dispenser on the door is also a plus.

It looks fantastic, has plenty of space with flexibility to arrange the storage, a place for everything! The water/ice dispenser is awesome...love, love, love it!! It's wifi enabled too!!

This "extra" freezer drawer is amazing as all of my grandchildren know exactly where to go to find their popsicles, ice cream, or frozen yogurt bars. It's Fantastic!! If they leave the drawer open it sounds a warning and tells on them. Great feature. All in all I would recommend this particular appliance to ANY household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On suggestion is to work in the drawer size do the crispers. You have to open both doors to pull drawers all the way out.  I feel like the drawer should open with only it’s associated single door being open. Besides that it is a great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is beautiful and very spacious. I have just a few issues with it. The ice cubes are very small and have a tendency to stick together when the bin gets filled up. I would also like a light in the bottom freezer like the one in the top freezer. Another feature that is a small problem is the stationary plastic shield on top of the slide out deli drawer. It restricts being able to easily fit items in the drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had it for a month and are very happy with it. When both french doors are open it chimes. We need to get use to that. The side that has the Ice Maker does slam a little hard, so you need to close it lightly. That is because of the weight of the Ice maker and Ice in the door. We love it. very easy to find and remove items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought this fridge 2 months ago and have been pleased by its capacity - shelf space, door space, and freezer space - and by its sleek, simple look. While this is a great fridge, it does have a few deficiencies. First, the left hand door slams shut with a rather violent thud if you don’t guide it closed. This is a result of the ice maker being in the door and how heavy that door becomes when full of ice. We like the ice maker in the door because it allows for a large fridge interior with symmetric shelving, but that door needs more resistance on the hinge. Secondly, you can’t dispense ice or water while either of the 2 doors are open. Lastly, the water dispenser could be a bit faster. Overall it’s a great fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my LG 4 door French door fridge for about 2 weeks. I love everything about it. The ice takes up hardly any room in the door but always seems to be full. The ability to open both doors allows me to see everything inside. The 2 freezer drawers keep everything organized. I can't see a need for wifi on my fridge though.
