[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you open the doors there is a seal in the middle that is on hinges, the seal catches on the top of the fridge frame to open and close accordingly. Mine didn't work the top was not catching to engage the seal such that the seal opened up.

It has a ton of room and items are easy to find compared to our old side by side. We like the fact the ice maker doesn't take up alot of room. This was our first LG purchase,since then we also bought an LG microwave. Only drawback so far are the water filters are a bit pricey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this new refrigerator about 3 weeks ago. We were debating between this LG and the similar model from Samsung. We decided to go with LG because we feel is more reliable than Samsung since they have been in this market for so many years, also the build quality seems to be way better in all aspects. I'm very happy with the huge capacity, there is plenty of room for everything you may need. The only thing I will like better is the ice maker capacity to be bigger. We are a family of 5 and the ice maker can't keep it up with the demand so i have been getting ice bags from my grocery store more often than before with My old fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a huge upgrade in size for us, almost didn't fit in our fridge cubby, and we love it. Only a couple complaints. Freezer space has unused space due to the dual drawers, but then that makes for excellent freezer airflow (freezes fast). Wish I didn't have to open both doors to access the crisper drawers. Wish doors didn't have to be closed for the ice/water dispenser to function. That all said, the space, access, lighting, filtering, ease of use, ease of cleaning, layout, and silent running all make up for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is beautiful and very spacious. I have just a few issues with it. The ice cubes are very small and have a tendency to stick together when the bin gets filled up. I would also like a light in the bottom freezer like the one in the top freezer. Another feature that is a small problem is the stationary plastic shield on top of the slide out deli drawer. It restricts being able to easily fit items in the drawer.

Every time we get ice I have to open the ice maker and break up the ice that has frosted solid so it will feed through the dispenser and make more ice. The refrigerator and freezer work fine but the ice maker is the worst.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our new LG refrigerator after about a month of use! We love the spaciousness of the fridge and how easy it is to clean!  The ice maker makes plenty of ice for our use and even when family comes to visit.  While I wish the  bottom freezer drawer was a little deeper it is still handy to have the dual drawers, the spacious ice holder and the divider in the bottom drawer. We are pleased with the refrigerator! Good value for a good price!
