Stay away from this unit. I bought it in September 2020. Now, in 2022, the bottom freezer does not work. The ice box does not produce ice. I am presently fighting with the company to either repair or replace the unit. So, be warned!

Bought LG fridge with trust tht it will last for 10+ years. Just in 4 yrs got 2 visits frm LG technicians resulting in replacement of compressor and evaporator. Not expecting this from LG brand. Need to work on quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned it two months and the ice maker doesn’t work. They sent a parts changer to repair it and it still doesn’t work.

It lasted less than 2 years. Had at least 2 service calls done on it and it has been determined that it is un-repairable. Freezer is at 40 degrees and the refer at 50.

I am sorry that I bought this fridge. Not even a year old and had problems. Now one year and one month later I having problems again. The bottom freezer drawer is building up ice every time I open the drawer ice falls on the floor
