Product was delivered 10/27/2023, so we have only had it for two days. Easy to keep clean, we love the design. The only issue I have noticed is the lack of flexibility of setting up the shelves. It can be challenging to set them up in a way which meets our needs.

Making ice is NOT a forte of this refrig. There is no way to easily access ice without dispensing it with great noise and variable stopping. The doors and drawers, especially, vary in how they close or stay open. one doesn't close by itself, another closes forcefully. Is it at all possible to regulate each???? The design of the interior drawers makes it difficult to tell which, top or bottom is what you grasp to open the drawer. Terrible design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so disappointed and devastated. My LG refrigerator is only 3 years old and it stopped cooling twice. All my food was spoiled and I threw it out in the garage. They fixed twice so far right now.

I like the overall design of this refrigerator but I wish I had done more research because the icemaker in the door is extremely small and doesn't produce enough ice if you have company. Also, this brand new refrigerator needed warranty repair within the first month of having it which was disappointing. Overall thankful for it though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the two drawer freezer portion. Popsicles/ice cream in that drawer not getting lost in the freezer. The refrigerator bens are nice and love the cheese/meat drawer, easy to find and get into. Plenty of room and works nicely.

The filters are so much easier to change than our last one as well. It runs quiet and though there are few WiFi available functions, they are nice to have. I was also pleasantly surprised that the stainless steel was actually magnetic.

Fingerprint free(really), great adjustable shelf system, 2 drawer freezer makes finding things easy, dealer service was the best. I am buying more LG items than ever for great quality and features. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Am so happy I bought the lg refrigerator. I now have a great freezer system , being that I put the most used items in thr top freezer drawer. The lower drawer I put items that I want to keep for a few months. I will more frequently use the top drawer. The filters are more easy to replace and this is the first time I have a air filter built into the refrigerator. Love how much easier it is to use.
