The worst stove I have ever bought. The Samsclub service and delivery was really good. The bad part is Samsung with the product. The oven already stopped working. I contact them and they send out the repair crew. They dont do anything. The dont even know how to fix anything. They just tell me to not open the door because the hot air escapes. I tell them I never open the door when my food is baking. I tell them it worked perfect when I bought it and months later it broke. It preheats perfectly then just drops, drops ,drops the temperature from 400 to 200. Your food or cookies will take forever to bake. Stay AWAY from this product.

Worst stove I have ever bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove has been one of the best gifts ever! I love to cook and compared to my old stove this one is always consistent and the Preheat is amazing when baking (super fast). Nothing to the old stove. Let me tell you the ignition makes the burners work better than anything I've ever tried. Definitely a must buy !
