I did some research including the troubleshooting per Samsung protocol. That didn’t work. My intentions told me to order a control board and install it myself. Now it works perfectly as it should.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this stove and it was easy to install. Just had to remove the old gas line. Hook up the new gas line and this one actually plugged in where my other stove did not. The install for the burners was easy with instructions. The griddle in the middle is the best part of the stove. I think I always had to use my own griddle and having it over two burners. Never really heat it up evenly. I especially like that I can remove the griddle for easy, clean and not have to bring my soap and water to the stove to clean it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my old over finally died I looked everywhere to find a new one. I am so glad I settled on the Samsung. I am very pleased with this item. It heats up fast and cleans up easily. It looks very nice and is the perfect size. Large!

On the 4th of July 2023, just 9 days days before the range was three years old, the oven stopped working. I had the igniter replaced at my own expense. On Christmas Day 2023 the oven again stopped working. It appears to be the igniter again. I will not replace the igniter every 6 months, or on every major holiday whichever comes first. I would rather replace this lemon with a non-Samsung gas range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remember being suuuuper excited to get this stove! I've never had a stainless steel stove that has Wi-Fi and voice capabilities! The range is very modern and sleek looking. Matches my kitchen décor perfectly. Cooking on it is an absolute breeze because it holds space for plenty of pots/pans, heats food up quickly and even has a griddle in the middle. I don't use the griddle often because even though it's advertised as 'non stick,' I find it really hard to clean. Food gets stuck and baked on, requiring lots of effort and hard scrubbing to remove it. The oven is also difficult to clean and it makes me wish this model had the "self clean" option. The plug is also way too short for my kitchen, so I had to place an extension cord on the top shelf part of my stove in order for it to work. It's a bit unsightly, but I have no choice! The app is also slightly useless. I was hoping it would give me the option to start the oven from another room, but I can't. I 'd have to set the temperature through the app and press "start" on the range. Defeats the purpose because I still have to go into the kitchen, which is what the app was supposed to eliminate. A preheat button would have been nice too as I have to add an additional 30 minutes to cook time to allow the oven time to heat up. However, the beauty, technology and simplicity of this range certainly make up for it's cons. I can tell it'll last me a long time. Very impressed with Samsung and it's products!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I refuse to buy another product by Samsung. It has been nothing but problems. I’ve needed to replace several of my Samsung appliances within three years. Many settings on the stove do not even work anymore.

Burners heat fast and so efficiently that I can cook at a lower temperature level for less time to get same results as what my old range did on high heat. Oven is huge, and has more rack positions so can easily put in a large turkey as well as several other items to bake together. And with the steam clean function it is a "snap" to always have a clean oven. Only minor negative complaint I have is that with the electronic timer it is a little difficult to find the exact place to press to turn on and off. Sure glad I bought this wonderful range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have been using it daily and I have no complains. It heats up evenly. I have gas propane and we followed the instructions to the step on switching it over to be able to use it with our gas and it has been working wonderfully. The oven also works great. Love that it has an app that I can adjust the oven if I am outside and even turn off the oven from outside. It was a bit complicated to get the hang of the clock, but we figured it out. It also has a light switch to see the inside of the oven which is also very nice and bright. BTW, it came with all needed to make the switch to the gas propane. Had to change a few things on it. But it all came with it. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how the stovetop's burners have two "settings" as to where you turn the knob one way, and the burner has one line of a heating element, or you turn the knob the other way and there are two lines of a heating element. As for the steam cleaning of the oven, I feel that this feature could have a little more heat to it being that I need to do it a few times to get stuck on food to loosen better nor am I crazy about having to pour 10 oz of water on the bottom of the oven for the steam feature to work. Also, the storage drawer is a joke. It's very small and meant only for cookie sheets.

I do feel like they start button kind of confused me initially as I never had to press start on any other ranges. I also feel like the buttons are a little hard to press, but otherwise, I am happy with my purchase. I hope it lasts!
