We have the electric flat top option and the burners work great and are very easy to clean. The finish is black and silver and very easy to keep clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall my free standing range is everything I expected. All the features are really nice. And I like what I can do with it from my phone. I gave it a 4 star rating because the griddle in the middle only has one burner. And it does not distribute the heat evenly. That's the only thing I don't like.

The stove top easily scratches. The oven is not calibrated correctly, set for 350 and goes to 400. Cannot cook cakes, it burns everything. I use a thermometer in the oven but the temps vary greatly. Do not recommend any Samsung appliance. Also have a washer that is awful. Need to put on fill full load and takes over an hour per load.

The worst stove I have ever bought. The Samsclub service and delivery was really good. The bad part is Samsung with the product. The oven already stopped working. I contact them and they send out the repair crew. They dont do anything. The dont even know how to fix anything. They just tell me to not open the door because the hot air escapes. I tell them I never open the door when my food is baking. I tell them it worked perfect when I bought it and months later it broke. It preheats perfectly then just drops, drops ,drops the temperature from 400 to 200. Your food or cookies will take forever to bake. Stay AWAY from this product.
