I bought the glass top and I like it but im afraid to use my cast iron cookware on it because im afraid I'll break it. I love all the features it has especially the steam clean feature.

I’ve always preferred cooking with gas, and this stove delivers exactly what I was hoping for. One of my favorite features is the smart connectivity—it’s really convenient being able to monitor and control things from my phone. It adds a modern touch that I didn’t realize I’d appreciate this much. The center griddle is another standout. It’s incredibly versatile and great for cooking a wide range of foods. I’ve used it for everything from breakfast items to grilled sandwiches, and it performs great every time. The oven itself has been fantastic. So far, I’ve used it for turkey, pizza, pasta, fish, casseroles, and even cake, and everything has come out evenly cooked and delicious. I haven’t tried the broiler yet, but I’m definitely looking forward to experimenting with it. The only minor issue I’ve run into was with the oven light—I used it as a kitchen night light a bit too much and likely burned it out. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like the oven, however extra time is needed to include the preheat time. Although you can program the oven for temp/cook time, you still need time physically hit the start button. The book isn't very user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleaning is why it received a 4 star. Once something gets on the burn unit area it's very hard to get it clean. The heat cooks it onto the burner area. Cleaning items designed for this glass top does nothing for it. It's forever stained. Still works just looks dirty all the time. Preheat seams to function well. The design and ergonomics of the stove is basic and functional as well. I couldn't get my phone to interface the Smart Things app with the stove because there's no upcoming scan item but I manually looked it up and included it on the app. Overall it's consistent in performing it's functions and therefore I recommend it to others!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Range does well for typical range tasks. The Smart Home side is very limited. I should be able to turn off the stove after its use for the day is no longer needed. I added a smart outlet to power down the stove when it is not in use.

The worst stove I have ever bought. The Samsclub service and delivery was really good. The bad part is Samsung with the product. The oven already stopped working. I contact them and they send out the repair crew. They dont do anything. The dont even know how to fix anything. They just tell me to not open the door because the hot air escapes. I tell them I never open the door when my food is baking. I tell them it worked perfect when I bought it and months later it broke. It preheats perfectly then just drops, drops ,drops the temperature from 400 to 200. Your food or cookies will take forever to bake. Stay AWAY from this product.

I bought this same exact 2 years back and it didn't last well. Always had some issues with it. Also being SAMSUNG MADE this did not even last 2 years. The glass top broke suddenly and reason was over heating which makes no sense as what's the purpose of cooking range??
