[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the 6.3 cu. ft. Smart Freestanding Electric Range with Steam Clean in Stainless Steel directly through Samsung. Overall, I am very satisfied with the performance and the design. The oven works great, and it looks modern and high-quality in my kitchen. However, there are two small things that I am not completely happy with: On my previous Samsung range, the oven door glass was slightly tinted, so even if I stored cookware inside the oven, it didn’t look messy from the outside. On this model, the glass is very clear, which makes the inside of the oven look cluttered if anything is stored there. I personally preferred the slightly frosted look of the older models. The bottom support/base is visible from the outside. It doesn’t look as clean or seamless as I expected, and I wish there were some kind of cover to hide it for a more polished appearance. Aside from these two points, everything else meets or exceeds my expectations. Overall, it’s a great product, and I’m happy with the purchase.

We purchased this recently after our nearly 15 year Samsung “expired”. It looks very nice, however the quality is not as great as our former stove. Little things like the settings are not as fluid, like it takes longer to increase the temp when preheating. Not a deal breaker, just noting it. The biggest issue we have is that the front metal pane behind the handle gets very hot when cooking is happening. This is an issue with small children. The old one did not do this. Otherwise works well and as expected for an opening price point product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first large appliance purchase and I couldn’t be happier! It was easy to install, easy to use and easy to clean! The inside is spacious! I love that it connects to my cellphone through an app so I get a notification when it is ready. Food comes out evenly prepared! Not to mention the design is sleek!

I needed a new stove, my daughter had purchased the same model earlier and recommended it. Well designed. Does everything and more. Connects easily to WiFi, controls are simple, size and access to everything is great. Haven't run out of space for cooking. Bottom draw could have more capacity. Not a problem.

I really dislike this stove. I am not interested in trying to control it with my phone. It is very difficult to turn on, set temperature and timer manually. Apparently it is easier with a phone but 5 people live in my house and not everyone has a phone. I was excited for the rapid boil, but it doesn't actually boil water fast either. I am considering returning it for something with more user friendly controls.

This oven came new with my condo and it took me a little bit to catch onto it but now that I am becoming familiar with it, I do love it. The oven cooks very evenly. I have not tried to connect it as I work from home and don't really need that feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new townhome (duplex) two months ago with Samsung Smart Appliances already installed by the builder. I've only used them for two months and am still learning about them. The problem is that I've recently been notified that they are soon to go out of warranty despite the fact that I've only been in my new place for two months. That hardly seems fair since I've hardly used them; apparently the warranty starts upon delivery even though no one is living in the home until closing.

The heat up time is phenomenal and I love the jingle it plays when it reaches the temperature or the timer goes off. The design goes well with the color scheme in my kitchen. Love the black and stainless steel!

I renovated my kitchen and this is the first new stove I have had since 1976 and that stove lasted until 2009! My next stove was 5 years old when I got it and it is still going strong at my daughters’! I hope this stove lasts as long! I like the simplicity, the look and the variety of elements! I like the WIFI and the sounds! I would prefer a digital display for the temperature as the up and down arrows require a lot of touches!

As a parent with a young child, this gives me incredible peace of mind knowing I’m always aware of what’s happening in the kitchen, even if I’m in another room. The oven itself performs beautifully, heats evenly, and is very easy to use. The added safety and convenience of the app truly sets it apart from other ovens I’ve owned. I highly recommend this oven to any family, especially those with kids
