Buyer beware. Do not purchase if you have small children or pets. We had this base for several years and enjoyed it. However recently it trapped and crushed our 1 year old cat. We were distraught and devastated. I am amazed that the base does not contain any safety features to prevent something like this from happening. This could have easily been a child. We have thrown out the base and would urge others to do the same until safety features are released.

So far so good. I use it with my new Serta Mattress that I bought. It's only been a week so hopeful it will hold up to warranty. It is very quite moving it up and down and silent when not moving so that it does not interfere with your sleep. I like the fact that you can adjust the height from 3" to 12" and I choose the 12" because I like a high bed. The delivery people put it together with my white glove delivery mattress and it seemed to be easy to assemble because they had it together in no time.

We purchased online after shopping locally and couldn't resist the great price. It was delivered sooner than expected. It was packed well, but did require 2 people to move it and set-up and true to it's word, no tools were required - other than to open the box. We love it and all the sleep options. We have went thru multiple mattresses/pillows and turns out we just needed an adjustable base.

Took a long time to arrive, but once it came all was well. Very easy to put together, but really need 2 people. It weighs over 100#. Install legs and one connection to power and you are in business. Remote easy to understand and all functions work as advertised. Massage is great! Much less expensive than others I looked at!

Though it looked like Fed-Ex dragged the box behind the truck everything was in tact and ok. I never owned one before but read the reviews and compared the others and this one is awesome. Others look as if they are cheaply built and cost way more with lees features. This one (queen size) has more features PLUS massage that it pretty cool. Though I just put in place today everything seems to be great. Easy to set-up but suggest you have a second person on hand to help get in house and into place as pretty heavy but easy to slide around once legs are on it. I hope to get many years of enjoyment out of this unit. I give two thumbs up so far and think you will be happy as I am.

This is one of the best things I have bought for myself in years. I suffer from acid reflux .this frame helps 100%. These frames come from one country. member's mark is half as much or more than the others on the market.Do your self a favor and get one.

Before purchasing my adjustable base I suffered pain (side sleeper forced to become a back sleeper; pained in both positions) every night on my mattress which is only a few years old. Sleeping in Zero Gravity on the adjustable base this past week has been the absolute best! The massage features are nice, too. I am very happy with my purchase thus far. The Sam's Club supplier was very quick to answer my questions (on Presidents' Day, no less) about the base and setting it up inside my poster bed. It was very easy. (I supervised.) I had a strong nephew and son, who is also mechanically inclined, set up the base--though it's true you don't need any tools for the set up. I could not have done it myself. Thanks to everyone!!

I didn't put mines together right away I didn't have the help. I'm disabled with a few areas of pain. I've used it now 4 days and YES! SO FAR IT'S BEEN GREAT! I bought this bed from Sam’s Club after comparing their prices with others. I was able to get this one for less than half of what others wanted for theirs. Win$$ I never had an adjustable bed before so I have nothing to compare it to but I’m really enjoying being able to lay in bed in a reclined position to watch TV before falling asleep. It is so much more comfortable being able to raise my legs as well as my head for a zero gravity effect and not having to worry about shifting pillows. Win! I don’t think I will be using the massage part. It kinda makes me seasick with the bed moving. I was able to get the headboard brackets shipped to me. The instructions for those were wrong but I was able to get them to work perfectly with a redesign. I did have to remove one of the 4 pieces of the leg to shorten the bed to align with the holes on my headboard but with my 14” mattress it is probably better that way anyways. I’m glad that the legs were height adjustable. Win!

Bought a month ago.Reasonably priced,works well.Box arrived damaged(heavy item at 175lb)with tears several places in material around frame but received a small credit.Husband and I both had stiff necks for several days after using this. Can't sleep with legs elevated if your a side or back sleeper,i ended up sleeping in featel position in the bend. I turn a lot through the night.It's a good thing to have but over rated and over priced everywhere.This was the best price around when I purchased this.Has the same bells and whistles for less money at Sam's Club.
