My husband and I had been looking at other brands for adjustable beds but they were too expensive so we decided to try this one because of the lower price. I am extremely happy with our purchase!! Tgis bed has all the features of the $1000+ beds that we had been looking at. It came in a large box and for the most part assembled (you really just have to add the feet). If you are contemplating purchasing this bed.. dont...you will not regret it!

Before purchasing my adjustable base I suffered pain (side sleeper forced to become a back sleeper; pained in both positions) every night on my mattress which is only a few years old. Sleeping in Zero Gravity on the adjustable base this past week has been the absolute best! The massage features are nice, too. I am very happy with my purchase thus far. The Sam's Club supplier was very quick to answer my questions (on Presidents' Day, no less) about the base and setting it up inside my poster bed. It was very easy. (I supervised.) I had a strong nephew and son, who is also mechanically inclined, set up the base--though it's true you don't need any tools for the set up. I could not have done it myself. Thanks to everyone!!

Love the Adjustable frame, massage features & USB ports. Super quiet when adjusting. Only gave it 4 stars because three of the pre-drilled holes for the legs were too small. Three screwed in less than 5 minutes. Took an hour to get two screwed in and had to bore the last one out before the leg could be screwed in. FYI - this thing is HEAVY, takes more than one one person to get it in the house and set up.

I purchased this because I have upcoming knee replacement, and read several reviews saying it was helpful during recovery. It was very easy to set up. It is heavy so it definitely is a several person task. I like that the height is adjustable. With my current bedframe I cannot use the shortest setting. I would have to remove the side rails because my mattress is sitting right on top of the rails at the medium height of the adjustable base. I definitely like that the remote is backlit. One thing I will say is when you have the head elevated, and the foot elevated, it is a little hard to get in and out of the bed without putting it back to the neutral position. I have not used the phone app as I am the only one using the bed. I also cannot utilize the USB ports because they are blocked by my bed frame, however it is a great bonus to have them on the frame. The massage feature to me just feels like the bed shaking, but I will say that it is relaxing before you go to sleep. The only thing I would add is it would be nice if there was a timer on the massage. An added bonus is there is a soft glow from the power box under the bed, which provides a nice night light on the floor. I’m pretty sure I have friends and family who will be purchasing this adjustable base after seeing mine. It is a great value compared to other sites.

This base has alot of the bells and whistles for alot less money than others, I really didn't need some of the features, like the massage and probably will never use it but some may like it. I felt it was quite heavy and had to wait for my husband to give me a helping hand but overall for the money it was a good purchase.

Love it! It's more than half the price than all the other suppliers. All the mattress stores mark these up to 1200-1500$, when you can just have for half the price! Incredible! It's the exact same product they have, just with 'members mark' on the remote.

Great bed so far. Easy to put together and works great for me. I have had it for short amount of time but I bought it because I have bad arthritis in my knees and it helps with the pain at night while sleeping and the massage is just a bonus, I think.

I am beyond thrilled with this purchase! It has all the features of the more expensive frames BUT the caviat is this bed has a pillow tilt too! USB ports on both sides AND massage. It's intensely heavy as I had to move it alone. Very sturdy and very well made. Only took 35 minutes to assemble. I hope it lasts a long time.

My first adjustable bed and I am so happy!! Set up was easy, just open the box, add the legs, and plug it in! The remote is easy to use and lights up. It adjusts easily and quietly and also has 2 programs settings which are perfect. Massage feature for back and legs is wonderful.

Great adjustable bed base! My wife needed an adjustable bed due to medical conditions. I find the Zero Gravity button great for watching shows, plus the one touch to flat bed is great. He has many great features. Can be used individually or together. One remote can control one or another. I didn't think the massage feature I didn't think I would use, but after pouring cement in the backyard it was a welcomed relief. Super easy setup!
