It not to sweet it has a little kick great price

I buy this all the time, it always seems a little "flat" in taste compared to Captain but still good

Using this for making decaffeinated coffee liquor. It is turning out very well. The vanilla extract will take a lot longer

When I tried to open one of the bottles, the neck on the bottle cracked. I could not remove the cap so had to pour out the entire bottle through the crack. I was not gonna risk glass being in the liquor.

Took a chance and brought a bottle of this home and have not been disappointed. This mixes well with the diet sodas I mix using my soda-stream. Best cocktail so far is when this is mixed with diet grapefruit soda...it's very similar to an orange creamsicle. It would be very easy to pay for a premium brand, but variety is the spice of life.

This was less than half the price of Captain Morgan, so my expectations were low. It does the job and you gotta save money where you can nowadays before we all crash into the sun. You get what you pay for. I wouldn't buy generic bourbon to replace my Maker's Mark, but this rum is half decent.

I have tried every spiced rum. I am an expert so trust me when I say this is the best rum available. This run had a pleasant vanilla oak flavor with almost zero bite. I can even sip this rum with out any mixer and enjoy it. This rum is many times smoother than Captain Morgan and a bit smoother than Bacardi black. For this price you cannot do better! Try this and if you like spiced rum, I guarantee you will fall in love!

I enjoy this rum. It has more of a vanilla taste than something like captain. It goes well with root beer or cola. The price is nice. I've served it to many friends and all of them have enjoyed it. The bottle is a little ugly and doesn't look as good as "higher" priced rums, but we typically pour it into a smaller bottle anyway. As an added bonus if I over indulge on this rum I don't have the same ill effects as I do with Captain or many other spirits.
