[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using tape to hold up the holiday lights on my balcony railings. I am still scraping off tape from last winter! These hooks are perfect for holding up lights without wondering about the effects of the weather.

Lights were installed in Mid-Nov and didnt come off until I removed them in early Jan. They worked great under very cold weather. strong hold. lights looked neat and straight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These outdoor Command clips really do a great job of letting me decorate and add lighting where I normally wouldn’t be able to. They have such a strong hold but yet are damage free and easy to remove and add again. Very easy to use with simple directions. Being outdoors they are subjected to rain, cold, heat, but never give up and fall off. My lights stay up even in strong wind.

We put our lights up out on our deck and front door. Every day I have to go out and reapply the tape and put the lights back up. We got so tiered of putting them back up that we nailed the lights up around the front door. Ready to do the same on the deck.

Once again I am greatly surprise with 3M products, this clips are easy to use, my only problem is that my review came after just a few weeks of using this product if this is intended for using as a seasonal one then is perfect; I would like to keep them for as long as possible on, as we speak they still holding on place. I have not tried yet to remove them so not sure about how easy this step will be or if I can reuse them.

I had a place that no lights could be hung up , but was really trying to figure out how I could get lights to stay and was able to find these and they worked perfectly for the spot I needed.

Tried both these and the 1.5lb command hooks, followed all directions carefully, and my lights were down in less than 48 hours with both. Broke my lights as well, so super disappointed after seeing all the good reviews :( Had to buy new lights and resort to screw-in hooks

I bought these to hang string lights INDOORS, and they wouldn’t even stay up in my bedroom. I followed directions perfectly every time but the adhesive has failed multiple times. From the string lights falling due to the faulty command hooks, they have broken multiple of the glass bulbs. At this point, I’m just biting the bullet and putting tacks in the wall. I am in sheer disbelief at how poor this product is— do yourself a favor and don’t waste the money. I will never purchase a command hook product again, for the sake of the things I am hanging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to hang lights around my back porch and they work great! They are nice because they are clear and holds the the lights up nicely. They were very easy to hang and made hanging the lights even easier!

I first used these outdoor light clips to hang garland and lights around my front door which is partially protected by a porch the first Christmas in this house. Since they blended in with the white trim, I left the clips up over the summer. I am very pleased to say, I just put up my garland and lights for the sixth consecutive Christmas season! They are fabulous.
