I’ve had Bob for 2 weeks now and it has been fairly simple to setup. Note-DOESN’T work on 5G! Support responded within 24 hours and once I rectified that, errors have been easy to resolve. Does a decent job vacuuming. I have not used it on carpet nor have I used the mop feature. Wish it had an auto empty bin, but then it would cost more, so emptying after each use is doable.

Great product overall. We love the mapping feature and easy to use app. Their customer service is also incredible. This is a huge timesaver for us and we love that we can send it to clean just one room if needed versus a full vacuuming session. Very happy with this purchase!

Constantly have to take the vacuum completely apart to clean, tools are necessary for every cleaning, i've had it for about four months now and it is not a good vacuum for pets. Now, it's gotten to the point that it will vacuum one or two areas, even on a daily setting and just turn off somewhere through its routine.It always stops and needs cleaned out multiple times to even do the eight hundred square feet I live in. Even after cleaning, it still doesn't complete the apartment. If you're gonna spend your money, I would probably spend it on something better or just vacuum.

First time robot vac user and I love it! Now wish I had purchased one sooner. It vacuums better than my very expensive canister vac. Love the mapping feature. It picks up pet hair that I cannot see on my tile floor. My floors look cleaner than ever. I have 2 small dogs that are less afraid of this vac than other vacs.

This vac has been great. Once all the mapping is done we have it scheduled to run everyday. Having 3 german shepherds the hair builds up fast. This takes care of our lower level and we have a second bobsweep (different model) for our main level. If this 1 was self emptying like our other one it would be perfect. With all the dog hair there is no build up on the brushes.

Instead of receiving the Pet Hair Slam, you will receive the cheapest sweeper they have in store. I made a claim twice and twice they send the wrong sweeper. I got the Espresso both times, this version only sweeps, do not mop and it is Not very good. Do Not waist your time, Not worth it.

I’ve had mine for a few months - Overall it does a good job. We have a Husky that sheds pretty much in the spring. On transition from carpet to hardwood floor, it has a tendency to leave clumps of dog hair from time to time. It works great around furniture and other objects. A great feature is the spot clean and clean by room features. The mop feature is pretty poor. Just moves dirt around on the floor. Rarely gets caught under or around items. It does not go randomly around the room, but in nice methodical rows.

Amazing, for me and my wife, no pets, all hard floors, 1 level, no internet I hit go and this thing figured it out.It goes and works hard. Keep the cords off floor and it will clean around/under what it can get under. WE LOVE IT except it has made me lazy. I'm 62 and been doing vacuuming all my life. It's amazing. I'm gonna Ware it out. LOL

I purchased this bObsweep vacuum to replace our old brand of robot vacuum we had for years. I chose this brand due to the reviews of warranty, customer service, and price. I run it all the time and it does a wonderful job. It is also not as loud as our previous vacuum which is a plus for running when we are working from home. I have a long-haired dog and cat that shed a lot and myself included which makes this vacuum a must! I would definitely buy again and have already recommended to a friend, and they purchased as well.

I love it it’s easy to use it gets the job done and it prevents me from having to vacuum or mop. I’m so glad to add this to my household.
