The Bob is great but you need to clean the brush allot.

This little machine is super helpful. I scheduled it to clean once a day. My floor was never as clean as it is now. Thank you for the great product!

Bob is a great investment. He helps me atleast 3 or 4 times a week. Not sure I can live without Bob!

I bought this for my retirement home and love it. It cleans the laminate floors both sweeping and washing.

Total disappointment. I received a very different item. This one is not the pet model and doesn't have the mop. A total fraud.

I have received the wrong item for the second time! I received only the vacuum, it's missing the dusting & mopping attachments.
