This is our second bobsweep. We had the pet hair for three years and when we saw another mapping robot at my cousin's house we really liked the features so we decided to upgrade. We got in touch with customer service and spoke with Adam who was wonderful. Long story short we traded our old bob in and got this one at a very reasonable price. Man this one is even better than we expected. Flawless mapping and the options to precisely define which area to avoid or which one to do more. The suction is great(but so was our original bob's). This is more quiet and lower profile so it fits under the sofa where our first bob got stuck on. We've been running this for nearly five months now and never had issues but we also know that the service is great if you need them based on the interaction we had with them over the years.

I got this robot vac to clean the upstairs. It does such a great job I don't have to carry the heavy vacuum upstairs anymore.

I like the vacuum, but mine didn't come with the following Adapter Wet/Dry mop attachment Microfiber mopping cloths (2) Side brushes only 2 not 4.

Love my Bob! It is so quiet. Sale price was great. My area rug looks nice and fluffed up when it’s done.

Bob is a thing that every mother needs. I turn on Bob Everyday after my son eats and some crumbs fall on the floor. It is very easy to use, and even when I am not at home, I can turn it on through my phone.

I absolutely love the BObsweep PetHair SLAM. This robotic vacuum does such a good job of vacuuming. It does a better job than the upright vacuum I have. A great vacuum at a decent price. I highly recommend this vacuum, especially if you have pets!

Highly recommend, cleans under anything that is over 4" off the floor beds, couches etc. I think my floors are clean and I run Bob for thirty minutes and it is full of dust and lint.

The Austin robot vacuum does a great job of picking to dirt and pet hair from my floors. I didn't know how it performs on carpet as I didn't have. Good battery life per cycle. Would recommend.
