This vacuum gets more dirt out of our carpets then our previous DC24. You must use the floor type settings on the head, or the vacuum can suck itself down to the floor so well it is hard to move. A bit heavier then the DC24 but a great vac.

We got this vacumn last week, So far it dosent like dense carpet, Same as previous vacumn, But the attachments make it so easy to use no matter the situation! Only downside is it is a little heavy.

No clog head works great. The attachments from our old Dyson animal (still working fine) also fit this one. Have owned 3 Dyson's over 20 years and wouldn't buy a different brand.

My old Dyson died so I replaced it with this. Had no idea how poorly my other vacuum was doing! This new one does an amazing job. It takes a little getting used to but I love it!

This vacuum cleaner is so very good. Easy to navigate around furniture, and not too heavy. I am so glad that I purchased it. Also very easy to empty it.

This vac does a great job on carpet and hardwood floors. However I have long hair dogs that shed alot the vac handles it, but the wand and hose plug way to easy. My old Dyson handled it with ease.

I only had this vacuum a few months. I have long hair and so does my dog. No hair wrapped around the brush bar! Suction was great, too. Hurricane Ian flooded my house with 4ft of water. My Dyson did not survive.

Vacuum falls apart a lot, it has to be held at just the right angle or the dirt won’t go all the way into the canister. The ball makes it difficult to control. I loved my old Dyson which is why I bought another one. I really wish I hadn’t.

bought this a few months ago after having a dyson 25 that we really liked. Hate this vacum, don't have enough strength to push it accross berber carpet . If i could find a dumpster close by I would through it in there and take my loss!!!
