The vacuum works great for picking up pet fur. However the attachment hose is not very easy to use.

Did not come with pieces shown in the manual. No way to store attachment on the machine. Called the Dyson number and this is an older machine and they are no longer making the parts that are missing. Will be returning this product.

The suction is very powerful and though heavy it moves easily on my LVP flooring. However, it has destroyed our plush rugs because the suction is too much for it.

Terrible vacuum. The suction does not adjust to floor types even though the description states for all floors. Spoke to Dyson customer service who states it will not work on carpet. Do not purchase unless using on hardwood only

Bought this vacuum to replace my previous Dyson I had for about 15 years. This one has great suction ... possibly too much. Having a hard time pushing in on my area rugs.

Needs a light, also its hard to use hand held because its so stiff. Otherwise suction is unbeatable.

It’s worst vacuum cleaner that I ever had. It’s not working fine. Hand vacuum is automatically turning on

Works great but not as good as my previous Dyson Animal Ball 3. This is harder to push and doesn't pick up as well.

The vacuum drops everytime i try to roll it. The attachment device is difficult to use with the straight hose instead of flexible.
