I don't typically take time to review products, but these deserve mention. I never considered trying incontinence underwear, but I couldn't ignore my wet boxers and more frequent visible wet spots any longer. So I did some reading and took the plunge with these. Quite frankly, I was expecting them to range between tolerable and awful to wear, but wow was I pleasantly surprised. Sure, they work great in the functional sense - that's a given. But, they're really easy to wear. I'm serious. They're much more comfortable than I expected and invisible under clothing. If it's dead quiet, you can hear a bit of a "rustle" sound, sort of like if you were holding dry leaves, but it's completely unnoticeable when there's any background noise - in other words, in everyday life. I know these are designed for much heavier incontinence than mine, but I choose these because they're a no brainer: comfortable, discrete and they work. Slam dunk.

I will say they can sometimes feel tight between the tights as I don't like this underwear design. But for a travel emergency it's tolerable

He is now able to go and not have to worry about leakage. They are comfortable for him I only wish that we had stock in the company, but the coupons that I am able to print off of the web site do help. They are a very good product and they seem to hold better than some of the other brands that we have tried. We will keep using these because with them he is able to resume his normal activities. This product feels more comfortable than other brands but the main problem I have with them is that there needs to be a size for someone that has a 42" waist. The S/M size is too small and tend to keep slipping down because they don't go up high enough around the waist and the L/XL is too large once again slipping down because their too large. The L/XL goes from a 38"- 64" waist. Wearing underwear due to incontinence issues is a difficult experience in itself but having something not fit makes the experience that much more difficult.

I got for husband to try and he didn't before time was up, so I sampled. To my surprise they were very comfortable, wasn't bulky feeling, but soft under clothes. They kept me totally dry through out the day. There was not any odor of any accidents. I know I can Depend on Depends! Next time I will buy for ladies. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for the gym. These briefs have plenty of stretch but stay close to the body to absorb any leaks I experience when I'm working out. They look discreet and no one would know they are not normal underwear when I'm getting changed in the locker room. With these briefs I can continue to exercise and workout despite bladder leaks
