I'm wearing them for the first time. I'm a big guy with a 58 inch waist so I ordered the XXL. They don't even cover my butt. They are supposed to fit 56 to 64 in waists. I can pull them up enough in the front to cover and provide some protection but to have the backside under my cheeks is not what I would call a comfortable fit. I take water pills and had hoped this would give me more freedom. Not so sure that's going to happen.

They are very absorbent, they fit well and they super durable! Even if it is full it doesn’t put out a bad odor they are slim and nobody knows I’m wearing them!

Softer to the touch; better fit to the body. Same great absorbency. Wish the cost was less as we go through them in quantity. Overall a quality product ...... something rare these days.

However, I went to a Beerfest and had heard about how crowded it gets. Thought it could be a good idea to wear one of these to the event to avoid the bathroom lines and give myself more time to drink beer. What a fantastic idea that was! My friends were always saying how they had to go to the bathroom, and I just laughed in their face grinning while peeing standing there into my diaper. I was very surprised how absorbent and comfortable the diapers were after soiling myself. I don’t have many events I would wear this to, but if I ever go to NYC for NYE I will use Depends and when I get older and can’t control my bladder I will trust Depends.

During my testing it held over 5 cups of water before it started to leak. So given an accident I would be confident that these will hold up to it. They informed me that they fit surprisingly better than they anticipated. They said the FIT-FLEX underwear by Depends felt similar to real underwear and didn't give him the feeling like he was wearing a diaper. As for the functionality of the product, I was informed that they work fabulously. It was able to capture and retain the liquid without leakage. I would highly recommend this product.
