He loves the way they feel and can keep up with him when he is out and about doing thing during the day. They keep the smell down in case he does uses them. While the material is super absorbent I'm just going to say it does a good job at getting close to that 25x (didn't pull out a scale to weigh each one) however, we also did not leave him in dirty ones for long. These are stretchy but retain their shape well. They are easy to get on and off either on their own or with assistance (if needed). These did well and no one seemed to have any complaints about them.
