They did however handle more than I expected. The large was a bit bigger than I expected, and was more loose than I would prefer. They held up well through one use, but I would not expect them to handle more than once.

My grandpa is a very crazy sleeper to say the least and these fit wonderful between changes throughout the night without worries about any leaking or sliding. Product worked as expected but with one problem. It just doesn't fit. Couldn't get a 2x or 3x for me. The XL would slide down soon after I took a couple of steps and it was a constant battle keeping it pulled up. But as I write this review I can say that my incontinence is subsiding and not requiring the use of the product as each week passes. If you could make a larger product I'm quite sure the larger men out here would greatly appreciate it, I know I would.

The product is very likely a good one, but for me was - too small. I'm am a very large man and was hoping they might have enough stretch room to have them work, but it did not work. So, I had opened the package and tried to use one 0f the products - but, i can use them in a different way, by cutting cutting out the pad part and taping it to the inside of my undergarment using paper medical tape. So, all is not lost. -- Finally, you would think by this time in our "fat" history, someone would have invented a device of this nature for us really big guys.
