I'm 28 and I use a wheelchair, and I haven't had bladder problems until last year, anyway I came across Depend underwear for men and they are a life saver, the other day, I was in my wheelchair and I felt a sudden urge to go #1. Well i didn't make it to the bathroom in time and I wet my diaper instead, and I thought I was going to have a leak. Well one major wetting later, I realized that I didn't have any leaks and the diaper held the majority of my urin. Thanks Depend for making a really good product. There are all kinds of diapers for kids/babies but very little in the form of brands and size for adults.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Depends for men incontinence underwear from influenster & they work absolutely amazing!I have a son who is disabled & he wears mens adult sized diapers on a regular basis & depends are the best!They don't leak,they fit him comfortably,they control odor,& they don't fall apart like other diaper brands!Best adult diapers on the market hands down!

Very comfortable. I can hear/feel it sliding against my jeans when I walk. When it's wet, it expands a lot. Instead of spreading the urine throughout the entire diaper, it just sits in one place and expands. This causes the leg cuffs to pull away from the skin, causing leaks. Other than that, it is great.
