They're affordable in some places more than others. They're comfortable and are just like wearing underwear. They need to be changed regularly to keep your skin dry, but they will hold a good amount of liquid until you can change them. The underwear is good at keeping odor down with a gel the liquid will turn into to help keep urine away from the sides. They have many different sizes for all body types. It absorbs 25 times its weight it says on the packaging. I had no problem with them. They're good protection for incontinence.

They were able to hold quite a bit of liquid as well as some solid if cleaned up right away. It also managed to keep the odors in so there was so odd smells when full.

It's a little tight in the leg area but a big poof in the front. Durability isn't much of a concern if you aren't big on pulling hard. They need to make lady pads into these because they don't irritate the private area and have good control.

The fit, although different than normal undergarments, actually was comfortable after about 30m. It was used as precautionary so I’m not able to fully evaluate the absorbency, but the comfort was much better than I expected.

I have used many brands, yet found these Depend FIT-FLEX Underwear for Men to be much more comfortable in their fit and style. The underwear are more form fitting than other brands and actually do "flex" with my movements. I was pleased that these underwear are more like underwear and less like an adult diaper. They aren't bulky and bulgy, yet provide a great amount of absorbency. My only concern, and this is a concern for all adult underwear/diaper products, is that they do not fully take care of all urine odor. I am still looking for a product that takes care of this odor, and doesn't leave me smelling like a wet baby when I am unable to get these underwear changed in a short amount of time.

Because of age and diabetes. I have often found myself in an awkward situation while away from home. I tried the Depend Underwear for Men today for the first while going about my shopping around town. I was truly impressed at how well they function. Using the L/XL size, I found them comfortable. I put them to the MAX test and was not disappointed. Both liquid and solid waste was held in place away from me as much as possible. When I went to change I found I was not soiled. Somewhat of a pleasant surprise. Modern technology !
