We purchased this in the springtime based on the reviews of the product. We went through a dry run and let it operate for about an hour with all of our electric service turned off. I hard wired this into a plug to our load center with his own dedicated circuit breaker. We have a typical 2000 square foot home with a 3 1/2 ton air conditioner, and this generator ran everything except the water heater, dryer, and stove. Our air conditioner only draws 13.8 amps on startup. And this generator didn't even cough when it came on. We're running about a gallon of gasoline for every two hours based on our usage. The first three days we had no electricity and we ran a generator for 10 hours.

Neighbor helped me set it up. Started it with an estimated 1/4 gallon of gas and it ran for 35 minutes before running out of fuel. It is very quiet for its power output. My neighbor owns another brand, only a bit more powerful, and couldn't believe how quiet the Wgen 9500 is.

Living in southeast Ga brings along a lot of different weather stories. With all the trees we have around in the region, 1 is going to find a way to knockout the electric. Have had enough and purchased the WGen9500c. Have it set to power all the important items in the house if we lose power again. Tired of replacing everything in the fridge and stand up freezer. And a great price compared to others this size and customer ratings.

The WGen9055 was purchased from a store and deliver to my door step. The generator was 99% ready to go from the shipping container. After putting in the gas and oil the unit start right up. However, I wish it had a low idle when there is not electrical pull, to conserve gas and noise. Maybe other models have that feature, so make sure you check that out. So far, I am happy with the purchase.

We purchased the generator at the end of May, just before the start of hurricane season. We wanted extra security in case we lose electricity. It was easy to assemble, setup and operate. The pull out handle makes it easy to move. The electric/ remote start makes it easy to operate.

I recently purchased this generator for hurricane season. It started right up with the remote, recoil, & electric start. I'm more happier because it powered my entire 1425 sq ft home. It is a little loud but who cares about noise when there is no power! I'm very pleased with this product.

Just received this generator and I am impressed with how easily it is to unpack, set up, and test run. Great labeling to help operation, and the owners manual is full of helpful info including electrical schematics, parts list, and troubleshooting instructions.

I just received the generator yesterday and ran it today. The engine runs fine but the power output is not constant. I contacted customer service and will hear back in a couple of days as to what to do. Depends on the outcome as to whether I can adjust my rating and recommend to a friend

Ordered online from a home supply store. Setup was very straight forward and took about 20 minutes. I really like the voltage output on the display panel and the remote starter. Starts easily and is not too loud. I have a transfer switch on my home for 30 AMP service. I like that it also has ability to supply 50 AMP service - though I don't have a need for it. Supplying 9500 running WATTS should be adequate to supply everything I need for a power outage. I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend to others.

My husband and I got this after a recent snow storm left us without power for over 24hrs. Although we haven’t had a need for it since, we were surprised at how easy it was to get running and hooked up to the necessities; ie. fridge, microwave, and some lights. Definitely glad to have this as a new addition to our home.
