My wife and I purchased this generator as a way to power some of our needs when the power goes out. Haven't been able to use yet for power needs, but will say it did start without any problems and was really easy. Electric start is an awesome feature and was one of our main points.

I purchased this generator a while back and have not had a need to turn it on yet because I bought it for in case of hurricane. We are under a hurricane watch right now so we started it for the first time and it seems to work like a charm! The remote start works and turning off the generator, but it does not turn the generator on. However, I am going to consult the manual again to see if we’re doing something wrong.

Just bought this generator after living without power for four days. I won't have to do that again with this larger generator. Love the push button and remote start. Quality seems very good and I can't wait to have a plug installed on my house so I only have to use one cable to power the whole home!

I bought this generator back in July and delivered to my residence on August 1,2023. We had a storm that knocked out the power the next day. We unpacked the generator from shipping and made the required connections to my electrical panel. This generator worked GREAT !!!

I just set up the generator as per instructions and found that the battery was not charged so I decided to give it a pull and was pleased that it started right up. I am running it now to charge the battery and plan to run it each month so when I need it, it will be ready to go. So far, VERY PLEASED.

Recently purchased this after going through the hurricane that hit Western North Carolina. The packaging was great and the ease of minimum assemblage required was a welcome relief. Just in the testing mode currently and hopefully never need this for another emergency situation but am confident this product will perform excellently

I did much research before I made this purchase, and I am glad I did. I bought this generator to power my whole house, which it easily does. I had an electrician come in and wire everything and he even commented on the great product this generator is. Once he was done with his work, we tested the generator. I was very happy with the outcome. It was what I had expected and more. The features are great as well. The 30 and 50 amp plugs are perfect. The USB ports are a bonus. the push button start with a remote also means I can get this generator warmed up and ready before I have to go out on a cold winter day. It even comes with a battery trickle charger. Westinghouse thought of everything. If you are searching for a generator, here it is. I purchased this generator prior to hurricane season in case with loss power. Hurricane Ida hit our area and we lost power for 10 days. WGen9500 operated my entire 3000 square house except central air conditioning units with no problems. It ran continuously with no issues. I would highly recommend this unit.

I am so happy with this generator. It's very powerful. I needed something that would power the whole house and after looking at a few thus was the one. The noise level is alot less than I thought it would be, I was a little concerned about bothering the neighbors. Overall satisfied.
