Just received this generator and I am impressed with how easily it is to unpack, set up, and test run. Great labeling to help operation, and the owners manual is full of helpful info including electrical schematics, parts list, and troubleshooting instructions.

Recently bought this generator for recreational use and the occasional power outage. To start of the deliver was quick and professional, the directions inside the box were extremely clear and very easy to follow. Once I acquired the appropriate materials I got it started. Easy, fast, and very sturdy and reliable. Overall great quality, completely worth every penny. You can’t put a price on peace of mind. Purchased a week ago and am so happy we are now ready for hurricane season. Generator is very modern with three ways of starting. Manual, push button, or remote start provides convenience and adaptability. This is a well built system and runs smoothly.

I had this delivered to my home and it was easy to set up and get going. Everything was explained in the quick guide. It even included oil and a fuel funnel! (But no fuel, obviously.) Within an hour we had it in place, running, and powering the house.

I purchased this generator a while back and have not had a need to turn it on yet because I bought it for in case of hurricane. We are under a hurricane watch right now so we started it for the first time and it seems to work like a charm! The remote start works and turning off the generator, but it does not turn the generator on. However, I am going to consult the manual again to see if we’re doing something wrong.

Our generator was delivered a few days ago. We haven't actually had an opportunity to use it yet. We have it ready to go when we need it, but we will have an electrician set us up where we can plug it into our electric panel and have alot of items we can use in our home if the power goes out. Hurricane season on the Texas gulf coast is here. Hopefully we won't have to use it. The generator started up easily with the remote and with the electric start button. The only thing that I can say that was negative is that the bottle of oil we were provided to add was a little short on the dipstick. It showed at the very bottom of cross hatch on dipstick. Maybe to prevent overfilling. We purchased a bottle of the correct oil and will add just a little more. I like that it will automatically shut off for carbon monoxide detection. Seems like it will be a great generator for us and keep us comfortable when power outages arise!

I purchased the WGEN9500 gas only genny as the only power source for building an off-grid home in the Rockies. This portable little beast never fell short through all seasons. In the winter we also had a 40 ft RV hooked up. We never had a power shortage as long as we kept it fueled. I highly recommend this genny for heavy duty and continuous use year round.

We've had several power outages during storms this summer and with lots of food in our freezers we were really worried about losing all our hard garden work. We purchased this generator to be able to run our refridgerator and 4 chest freezers this time of year when it could be a disaster in a day in the hot weather. We received it and found the instructions and guides to be very helpful in getting it ready to go and after we had it set up did some start ups and the remote start was surprisingly easy to use and gain trust in right from the start. We are very happy and out of the stress of the possibility of losing all our frozen foods if the power goes out for a couple days again. We would highly recommend this product to anyone.

While I haven't yet had a power outage, I've run this generator and I'm happy with the product. It started fine with the first attempt after filling with oil. Runs strong. I like that it came with a pretty good paper manual. The remote starter is an interesting feature and should come in handy on a day with lots of snow and no power.

Our power was out for 4 days and our neighbor had a generator. They were generous enough to offer us to plug into theirs to keep our refrigerator running. I decided we needed one of our own and was impressed with the description and features of the WGen9500, so I purchased one.
