Delivered in perfect condition. 15 minutes to assemble, add oil and fuel up. Started right away and ran quieter than expected. Key Fob worked. By the way, this generator is just a push of a button for 2 seconds and release. It turns over the starter a few times and if no start then tries again every few seconds. Also, it automatically opens choke as it warms up. Great surprises.

We just purchased this generator. It was delivered to us in a timely fashion. What a pleasure when we got it all set up in it's new home and it started right up! We have installed a transfer switch in the house and tested everything. Happy to report everything is functioning quite nicely!

I bought this generator after reading up on generators. I picked it up the other day and so far so good. Everything looks like good quality parts. I don’t really want to use it but when it is time to hopefully it will be dependable as previous reviewers mentioned.

Bought for the summer hurricane season here in Texas. Started right away. It is heavy but the wheels help. This is something I don’t plan on using or moving around all the time. Even the key fob worked right away. I plan to start it up monthly and let it run for about 10 min just to keep things flowing. Looking forward to using it if I need to! FYI- I comes with oil but the engine oil tank is empty upon arrival. It will take the entire quart of oil that comes with it.

This is a solid generator equipped with what you need to power anything from a USB charged device to your home. Upon arrival I added oil, connected the battery, put a gallon of gas in the tank, turned the fuel on, and it fired right up (I did turn the fuel on and let the carb bowl fill up first though). I wound up plugging a pop up toaster into the 120v outlets to make sure they all worked and made some toast on the back porch... butter and all. The key fob worked out of the box also. I feel confident in this equipment to perform when it's needed the most... For me it's during power outages.

Just received my generator today. Setup was quick and easy. Very well documented - my wife can operate it from the startup instruction right on the unit. I find it to be surprisingly quiet and smooth running. Time will tell on reliability but very happy with it so far.

Brought this unit in Nov 2022, just now got around to starting it up. Started right up and runs great. The electric start is a bonus for this old man, hopefully I won't have to use the cord to often if at all. Has a lot of great features. I have not tried with any load yet as I am just running it right now.

After electrician set up my house to be powered by generator, this Westinghouse easily powers the entire house, with the exception of heavy draw items. I would like to see a little less gas consumption and noise level, but I am very pleased with the purchase.

I wanted a carburetor not a fuel injection system. Not much was made clear to me in its description. This is just more electronic junk to go bad, including the remote, which is only greed. I did wonder why everyone in the US was selling these so cheap? Now I know. I had to change from the great generators I had been using to this! I hope it lasts through December. It has too many gadgets and they cannot even put the serial number on the manual... you have to go out in a storm when it arrives and find it just above the exhaust and try to write it down while breathing exhaust. I wonder what would happen in a storm if you were trying register it by breathing exhaust? Yet, there are thousands of warnings about everything. I am off-grid and have had 100s of generators, yet I cannot even work on this one. Westinghouse has made it impossible without a electronics shop to work on this machine. I will not buy another Westinghouse.. greed typical of companies like Westinghouse. I do not recommend this product for any place where you are using it as backup for storms.

I'm very impressed with Westinghouse the quality of this generator. After returning generator from a different manufacture due to mechanical issues, I decided to buy a Westinghouse based of their review ratings and comments. I'm so glad I did! This generator is of better quality than the other one that I had, has more useful features, more power, and was $100 cheaper! If you're in the market for a generator, you should seriously give Westinghouse a chance; I promise you will not be disappointed!
