Bought this to run my Miller 211 welder, and it works like a champ, plus I use the remote on/off when working on the roof, so I don't have to run up and down a ladder, and I save fuel plus run time. I also like that the generator charges the battery while running.

So far it’s sucks. The push button start won’t start it and the pull start doesn’t start it. It just just keeps cycling when I hit the push button and the pull start hasn’t work yet. Also it’s brand new there’s nothing reason why it shouldn’t start. I shouldn’t have to adjust anything for it to start right out of the box.

Leaving a review to get the free cover for generator, which should be included. This removes my trust of all of the 5 star reviews. Are most positive reviews just to get the free cover? I wont be able to review it until I use it for a couple years. Hopefully its durable and built to last. It looks great.

After reviewing many portable generators in this size range for price, performance, features, warranty and reliability I chose the WGen9500 because it met or exceeded other generators in this range. It arrived exactly when scheduled and the delivery driver was fantastic. I was able to unbox it and install the feet and wheels in just a few minutes. Though the battery need to be charged, I was able to start it manually on the first pull.

I live in an area where we lose power a lot and I wanted something that would run my whole house. This has the power to do that and some more. A lot of features that make it easy for my wife to use if I'm not around (Electric and remote start). Comes with everything you need, wheel kit, battery charger & battery, even came with oil for the initial fill.

This item is heavy-duty and even feels SOLID as you handle it. Arrived in good packaging, with clear instructions for getting started quickly. Very minimal assembly and preparation required before use. Following the instructions I had it ready and running in about 30 minutes.

I just recieved our new WGEN9500DFc. I did everything according to the instructs for set up. I put gas in and tried to crank it. Motor turned over but would not crank. I connected propane and it cranked right up. I had my 30yr handy man with me. We checked all procedures. Unit seemed fine on propane. NOTHING on gas. I called the customer service number. They said it could take a while for a tech response. Like how long? 21 DAYS , WHAT ???!!!! I think I like the unit, but I got dual fuel because that's what I wanted. I expect it to work and not have to wait 21 DAYS!!! I hope they call me soon. I will rate it at another time.

After researching extensively we decided to purchase this generator. It has so many features not found with competitors. Unpacking and assembly were a snap and the operating instructions were clear and concise. It started quickly by push button remote as well as operating control panel start button and manual pull start. Will have plenty of power for emergency power outages. This generator is very well built and an excellent choice for the price. It also came with the battery charged, oil and a tool kit for changing plugs. I’m confident this generator will do all that’s required of it.

I nought this generator last year (January 2021) and it sat in the box until the other day. Hurricane IAN was forecast to possibly come our way. Everything was in the box and after adding fuel and oil it cranked right up with just a push of the button! I’ll program the remote later today. I hooked up several deep freezers and this beast handled the power draw with absolutely no problem! Nice to have that peace of mind in an instant! Will definitely be looking to buy another for my barn and garage!

I reviewed generators myself for several months. Then I checked other's reviews on the internet. Westinghouse came out on top. So far I have just fueled it up and ran a test. A little bit loud. But what do you expect from a 9500 watt machine? I consider this insurance for long term power outage. I live in a hurricane/tornadoes area. I really hope I don't need it, but ....
