I just got my new Westinghouse generator, and I have been impressed with the quality, and appreciate all the items included that will help me maintain this beautiful piece of equipment. I will feel better knowing that next time I won't have to worry about our dogs, and ourselves not getting overheated in this desert heat. Or for my wife's insulin going bad.

This my second WGen9500 after unfortunate problems with an earlier model. However all is forgiven and I am more than happy now and hope that it will power my house for years to come. It hs been installed and all have to do is use the change-over switch.

I bough this because of our power being cut off for hours to days at a time. I just received it this morning before 7 am. Very promp and friendly service. This one should run my home during outages. I have neighbors that have bought the same generator. I love the automatic start.

I bought this to power my house and I think it will. The Quality of the generator is excellent. The remote start is one of the reasons I went with this model as well as the 50amp outlet. It is not as loud as other generators with less wattage. The box the thing comes in is very flimsy cardboard and my frame was actually damaged. Along with a slightly bent wheel mount. Overall I love the generator.

Having just opened carton and easily attached wheels and pads, I oiled and gased up my new generator. After reading starting instructions I turned on the switch and pushed the start button. Wow….it instantly fired up. So far I’m impressed! Now to see if it powers up my house.

After researching and reading some of the nearly all 5 star reviews / ratings regarding the WGen9500c generator, I decided to purchase one. After receiving it, and following the easy start guide and user manual, the generator started at the push of the remoted key fob. It ran extremely smooth and provided the necessary power with no hesitation. Due to Westinghouse's reputation and quality of their products, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a well built and dependable protatble generator! I'm completely satisfied. Well done Westinghouse!

I was very happy to find out the generator even came with an oil bottle with the exact engine capacity. No need to grab tools or oil, it has everything needed except gas to get you going. I tested it on my fifth wheel by running the water heater and both AC's. The unit did not chug or stutter, it operated better than I expected. I know I can take this out boondocking and not have to worry about it failing under a heavy load.

Bought this a month ago and also I needed a little help to get it going because I've never operated one before. Easy to understand and to get started especially for my first generator. I'm recently a widow so I needed something easy to get going. Love the remote start.

Just purchased product and I was very impressed in how fast I received it. The unit itself is very impressive with great features like auto start and fuel gauge which our last one didn’t have. The manual it came with is great. Completed start up and tested the generator and it runs great. Very happy with purchase..

Motor stopped running after a few hours of use ( oil and gas are fine , thanks). Will not restart , and the “emergency recoil starter “ cord will not pull at all . Control panel lights indicate CO detected but the unit was running out doors with no obstructions. Support for this unit is very sub-par . Do NOT waste your money on the WGen9500.
