I bought in Feb 2021, when the big snowstorm happened in San Antonio, TX, we weren't prepared but we are now! We got enough power to assist our family and neighbors should there be another crisis. Has Great features including a remote start, 12500 Peak Watts, plenty of outlets - we highly recommend it!

My neighbor owns this unit and raves about it. I needed to replace mine so bought the exact same one. This is a sturdy made product with an easy to navigate/operate control panel. Powerful unit that is reliable. And detailed manuals enclosed that are easy to read.

After reviewing the power requirements for our home, I purchased the Westinghouse WGen 9500c. Since my purchase the generator has operated perfectly. The setup and operating instructions are easy to follow. The original plan was to use extension cords to power key items in our home. After a review of having of an inlet box installed hook up to the generator is much easier and convenient for us when power is out.

Purchased for coming winter season. No use as of yet however a electrician put in an adjacent electrical box with 10 outlets and placed a box in the garage entrance. We did find the ease in which the setup went and test ran when the wiring was completed. Fun with remote after manual starting all these years and passed with flying colors.

I HAVE A CHEAPER GENERATOR I BOUGHT FOR BAD WEATHER. LIVE OUT IN THE COUNTRY. IT WOULD BARELY KEEP UP WITH BASIC FANS, FRIDGE, LIGHTS, ETC. WANTED BIGGER UNIT TO RUN WELL ALSO. THIS UNIT DOES IT. WELL MADE. STARTS RIGHT UP AND WORKS GREAT. VERY IMPRESSED WITH PRODUCT.

Bought it 4 months ago and delivers as promised. Powerful yet not too noisy. It will be mainly used as our home's back-up power in case the grid goes down due to inclimate weather. It's able to power all the essentials we require in the house... 2 fridges, 1 freezer, a microwave oven, most of the lights, the electric water heater and some electronics.

It Looks like a well built unit. Heavy, but easy to put together. If only the thing would start. Im an aircraft mechanic, so adding the oil, and connecting the battery are not beyond my skill level. It turns over, but wont hit a lick. doesn't even try to fire off. So much for a thousand dollar investment in home preparedness.

Shipped straight to home and arrived in excellent condition. Starting is unbelievably easy with the remote control. It delivers all the power I need and more. I can run my well, HVAC, sewage lift station and pretty much my whole house. Awesome documentation including a very thorough user manual and maintenance log. Westinghouse is a brand that has a proven reliability record and this will give me peace of mind for many years.

Recently purchased this after going through the hurricane that hit Western North Carolina. The packaging was great and the ease of minimum assemblage required was a welcome relief. Just in the testing mode currently and hopefully never need this for another emergency situation but am confident this product will perform excellently

We made the investment over 4years ago after a big storm during the rain season. Luckily we had it this winter season because the cold is coming in with a vengeance!
