We’ve been wanting a generator for a while. Living in Texas, we obviously experience hurricanes and the struggle for the power grid to hold up if and when it ever freezes. With the antioated snow and freeze we are currently experiencing we decided to prepare and purchase a generator. We bought the Duel Fuel 12500watt and are so happy. It was easy to set up and use. Love the remote start. We had a converter switch and outlet installed and it was the best decision. We did a trial run and this little generator powered the whole house. Luckily we haven’t had to use it yet but now we have peace of mind for when we actually will need it.

From Reviews to Youtube, you get all the information if you are a Newbie...I'm 60 and this is our first generator and was able to get it out the box...charged and Gas it up...it is easier then it looks...this is all for Storm outages...and it has all you need....besides the basics ...Portable Gas container, Propane gas attachment, and several extension cord types for the different plugins...Westinghouse...My House and family thank you....well done.

I bought this after hurricane Beryl, and its been great! Extremely easy to operate and put together. It took less then 30 minutes to assemble and get running to power up my house! Well worth the buy that will protect my family for many years to come.

I read all the reviews and was very impressed. I purchased the WGen9500c and was a little nervous because my husband works a lot and I knew I would be the one starting it up. The electrician who installed our transfer switch, showed me once and everything is so easy and self explanatory. Very easy to put together as well. Great purchase!

After Tropical Storm Isaias took out my town/state and left us without power for days on end (our power company was BEYOND ill prepared) I vowed this would be the last time. I was going to purchase a smaller/less powerful model but after a lot of discussion, research and thought, I pulled the trigger on the WGen9500. I haven't 'used' it yet but I have unboxed, put it together (very minimal and it came with tools and no brainer steps) and fired it up. I have a switch and a cable coming to attach it to my house, but can used corded for now should I lose power. If I never need to DO or USE, this is the best insurance policy for the price ever. I purchased and just recieved. It was very easy to put the wheels on and it came with the correct amount of oil (1.1l) to quickly add to the generator. After connecting the battery (through a connector), I added gas, hit the start switch and on the second try of the auto start, it fired right up. I was impressed that it started so quickly right out of the box. The remote start works great and I was able to start it from the comfort of my house.

After having over 35 years experiance with Westinghouse electrical products and found out they manufacture generators I new I had to get one. In last 6 months we have had several power outages and being in my 80's wanted something I or my wife can easily start and hook up to house appliances. Remote start is perfect. Looking forward to putting it to the test next power outage. I know i will not be disappointed'

Unpack the generator no issues Straight forward and accurate assembly instruction. Add oil and fuel, started on first start cycle of the electric start system. As soon as the speed stabilized on the generator the green light went from blinking to steady and was ready for use

This is my lifeline. Just purchased this last month and just went through Hurricane Debby here in the Florida keys. I felt safer knowing a had a reliable source to keep critical equipment working inside my home should the power go out following such a natural disaster. Thank you Westinghouse!

I recently purchased Model WGen9500 and have used it now several times. It started and ran as expected each time and met all my need for power. The product is high quality and it was a breeze to assemble the few items necessary to get it up and running. This is not my first generator having had the need for power after several Hurricanes in the past. I highly recommend this unit.
