I purchased this unit recently after researching generators for several weeks and chose the 9500 as it best fits my needs. Easy to assemble, ran perfectly on first try and was quite easy for my electrician to hook up to the house electric panel. Have run the unit several times on trial basis and no issues. Purchased as a house backup and hope I don't have to use it often but am very confident it will run well in an emergency.

Just received this item. Packaging was in good condition. Cut box open to get to the generator, no problem. I used a 4x4 to prop up the machine to install wheels. Finally got the legs installed. The generator is heavy and seems very substantial. I had to pull down on the red/black wires to the battery in order to expose the connector so that I could get the battery online. The remote is hooked on the pull cord that you use to manually start the generator. Hope this helps the next buyer.

Needed a generator for a construction site and none were local due to hurricane Laura. I purchased this and was surprised it arrived in 2 days. Easy assembly and started right up. Great output but was skeptical given the price point.. Lesser units were $500 more in local stores if they were in stock. Great features and a 50A plug so cant wait to fire up the welder with this baby. Only used it one day on the job but worked great and love the remote start feature. That is going to be a huge fuel saver as we only need to run it when we need it. I cant comment on longevity yet but it is a solid unit. Ran saws and hammer drills without any problems.

I purchased the WGen9500 based on other customer reviews, price, and features. In addition to the generator being able to produce 240 volts to run my well pump, I really like the fact that it features 4 110 volt outlets, and 2 different 240 volt outlets. The electric start and auto choke are great features two, and the remote start too. I appreciate the fact that there is also a backup pull start feature. The user manual is well written and very detailed.

I bought this a month ago and I am so glad that I did. Just lived through the ravages of Hurricane Ida. Lost power about 10 hours after the wind started picking up and immediately cranked up the 9500 with the starter button. The set-up had been easy - they even included a quart of the proper oil, as well as a funnel to fill it up. Ran every thing I wanted with power to spare for 15 hours without a gas refill. Made the whole event livable. Only wished I had put aside more gas - the lines at the gas station were a pain and I could have poured any I did not use into my truck.

Bought this after Hurricane Dorian to be prepared for future storms as we are a recent transplant to hurricane country. It wasn't the cheapest option, but has 9500 W continuous and up to 12000 peak so it will run most everything we need in an emergency. Received the unit in good shape despite being super heavy. It was mostly ready to go except for bolting on the wheels and ground rests. Hooked up the battery, added oil (included!) and gas and set the fuel open. It started right up with a key FOB like your car. Didn't even have to pull the cord. Super easy. Let it run some to break it in a little bit, then set the breakers and put some load on it. It ran everything fine! It has USB to charge your phones/computers, normal 15A, 30A and even a 50A circuit available. Eventually we would like to hook this up to a transfer switch, but for now we'll use extension cords. Seems to be really easy to use and maintenance appears to be pretty straight-forward. Hoping not to be without house power for an extended length of time but if we are for whatever reason we will be well prepared with this.

The WGen9055 was purchased from a store and deliver to my door step. The generator was 99% ready to go from the shipping container. After putting in the gas and oil the unit start right up. However, I wish it had a low idle when there is not electrical pull, to conserve gas and noise. Maybe other models have that feature, so make sure you check that out. So far, I am happy with the purchase.

This is a well built generator assembled with quality materials that will make it last a long time. I am very happy with how easy it is to start. It is effortless. This new one replaces a 17 year old generator that I finished wearing out during 22 days with out power in the 2021 ice storm that devastated Texas. I believe this one will handle a stretch like that easily. Thanks for building a quality machine.

We experience power outages frequently where I live and I needed something to offset that. My son works from home and has to have internet. I am glad that I purchased this generator. Have only had it for about a month and it has already been of great use. It's a work horse.

Bought this for emergency whole home back up and first impression was great with small size but everything accessible. Also reading reviews I noticed people complaining of noise level but it was actually quieter than expected when running on patio. It’s no louder than a snow blower!
