Was easy to setup and impressed with multiple starts and no choke. Did not open gas line (should have read instructions closer) and first attempt timed out. Reread instructions opened gas line, pushed button and fired right up. Hook up to transfer switch for an outbuilding which includes ac unit and water well. All worked great.

This is our second time purchasing this generator. --Our first one was stolen from us :( But overall, this generator does not give any issues, just normal wear/ maintenance needed the more you use it. If you have equipment that requires a lot of power this is the generator for you. We borrowed our friend's Predator 9500 Inverter and although it was silent, it was not strong enough for our needs. For the price of this generator it is very reasonable. As long as you take care of the generator, it will take care of you.

I bought this portable generator after experiencing 2 power outages, one during freezing cold temperatures and one during blazing hot temperatures. Luckily, I haven't experienced another power outage yet but when it happens, I will be prepared thanks to the Westinghouse 9500 Running Watts gas generator. I like the bonus key fob that came with generator, that was a plus!

To begin, the instruction manual was amply illustrated and easy to follow. I am quite pleased with the versatility provided by the 20 - 50 amp outlets. Additionally, the included battery trickle charger, two USB ports, and the remote start key fob combined with the quality construction of the unit make this portable generator well worth consideration.

Bought this item and I was amazed how easy it was to set up and run. The push button start is a huge plus. Nothing worse than trying to start your generator in the dark with a pull start. Louder than I would have liked, but Westinghouse quality is worth a little background noise.

While I haven't yet had a power outage, I've run this generator and I'm happy with the product. It started fine with the first attempt after filling with oil. Runs strong. I like that it came with a pretty good paper manual. The remote starter is an interesting feature and should come in handy on a day with lots of snow and no power.

I am very impressed with the initial quality of this generator. This model has a lot of features and power for the money. I read numerous reviews before I purchased this brand. I am very pleased that this generator is quieter than my previous generator. The Smart Switch was also an added feature that I wasn't looking for but may end up using. I strongly recommend this product.

I was very pleased with the quality of the product. I bought it to provide partial backup power for my house during outages. We tested it and it worked very well. The only thing I'll ding it for is that I have to remove one of the wheels in order to plug in my 50 amp cable.

Bought this for hurricane as I live on gulf coast of Florida. The unit had a very easy setup,easy to use start up.packs enough power to power my whole house including heat pump....very happy with this product and reccomend to anyone looking for generator

Upon receipt I tried to get the generator running. The battery doesn't charge, so the electric start and the remote start do not work. I tried to get assistance but have not heard back from Westinghouse. I can manually start the unit, and it runs well. It is relatively quiet and can be moved pretty easily, with the fold up handle extension. I haven't needed it yet, but I believe it will do what I need. Now, if I could only get some customer support!
