This purchase is an upgrade to my 10 yr old gen. My purchase was a WGen9500c. Took 20 minutes from start to running The remote start was very important as we keep the new one to provide additional power in addition to what was configured as well as ease of remote start. Age/ medical reasons. As stated, after set up, started right up. No longer pull stating to exhaustion. I’m 71 yrs old and ease of use very important

Works great! This is exactly what we were looking for. We trusted Westinghouse would provide a solid product and they do. The remote start is fabulous. Having the different starting options is an awesome idea. Building in more than the one outlet is a must. Easy access to the gas tank and oil refill is also a must. These well engineered features make this product easy for the whole family to use.

Easy setup. Hookup was straight forward. Freight packaging was secure delivering peace of mind that our generator arrived in perfect condition. We tested power strength capabilities on all our desired home utilities. No issues. We are confident that when power goes out next time we will be comfortable and all our appliances will be protected.

We have had this Generator for about 2 years with little to no issues. Works great for running our food trailer 4-8 hours at a time!

Been great so far, set up was easy, it is a bit heavy, but once on wheels it is easy to move around.

Purchased generator to use with a bypass switch on home. Does a wonderful job, able to power multiple items during power outages. Able to run my well pump, two refrigerators, hot water heater and lights. Great value!

Excellent generator! This is the 2nd on of this model that I have purchased. First for my home a couple of years ago and now the 2nd for my summer place.

After reviewing and evaluating several portable generators, I selected the WGen9500c for the appropriate output for my situation and for the remote start capability.

I bought generator 4 months ago and worked great. Now it has only 50 hours on it and it will start up just fine and maybe run 2 seconds and shut off or 5 minutes and shut off. Starts back up just fine but won’t stay running.

Got generator, put on wheels, filled with oil than gas, hook up battery and one press of elect start and up and running. About 20 minutes total time and very happy
