Liked the ease of starting and overall appearance BUT----The day of the hurricane hit Florida; it failed to generate any electricity--ran great but no juice. In its present condition I would give it 5 stars when used as a boat anchor. I have owned several generators previously.

This purchase is an upgrade to my 10 yr old gen. My purchase was a WGen9500c. Took 20 minutes from start to running The remote start was very important as we keep the new one to provide additional power in addition to what was configured as well as ease of remote start. Age/ medical reasons. As stated, after set up, started right up. No longer pull stating to exhaustion. I’m 71 yrs old and ease of use very important

We bought this last month after a huge wind storm leaving us without power for 3 days. A neighbor helped us with the decision because he has the same model and it worked like a charm for his family. The Quick Start Guide relieved my worry as it's a piece of cake to set up and run. Dang, it's a heavy bugger and getting the wheels and feet on takes 2 people, but it's done!

I bought this generator a little over a year ago. I initially set it up, ran it and all was good. I even pulled it out of my garage and ran it every so often. When a predicted snow/ice storm came out, I pulled the generator out and put it where I’d be using it if power went out. Only problem, every time I started it, the CO light would flash and off it went. This was in an open area. I have tried several times in differing spots with no luck. It has never really been used, just started periodically. I’m so disappointed. Please advise on how this can be fixed.

Ordered this generator for a planned electric company outage. The outage did occur as scheduled but later when I wasn't able to see it's capabilities. It did start easy and assembly was simple. Arrival time was as noted on my purchase information. I believe this was a good purchase for the price and It'll be beneficial when the opportunity presents itself.

3 stars because of the loudness. Definitely Loud!, not even near as quiet as my Predator 9500. I’m thinking you can hear my Westinghouse generator run 2-3 blocks away and maybe further. But the $799 sale price is awesome and it runs my whole house including the A/C. I live in Florida. I absolutely love the remote start which can be used from inside the house and has never failed. Not really fuel efficiency so you’ll have to keep an eye on it.
