Purchased this generator for storm season. Never had a generator before but was thrilled it is so easy to use. Really love the remote start. The visible fuel gauge is so very handy too. All I did was put oil and fuel in it and it cranked right up. Well worth the reasonable price.

Bought this to replace a 4400 watt (really 3500 watt) generator that couuldn't do the job during an ice storm. Love the fact that this generator is rated at running watts and not surge watts! Also like the fact that it comes with a battery maintainer so I don't have to worry about the batteries.

I purchased in Oct. 2022 and have had 3 opportunity to use and it performed as hoped each time. Set the choke, hit the start button 3 times and its running and supply's my entire house and unattached garage. It is set outside with temps to -7 below zero. I do have a battery maintainer attached

I had the generator delivered and the driver told me he bought the same unit and was really happy with his unit. Quiet running is one of the features I was looking for because where I have to set the unit when in operation. One thing that should be changed is the battery hookup to a charger. the wires are wrong coming from the battery. it is backwards when hooking up to a trikle charger.

after adding oil,fuel,wheels,and stand brackets started and ran for 15 minutes then transferred to power house.ran like a top.water heater,water pump ect; .i.have nothing but praise for this machine..after seeing this my son will be ordering one also.thank you

We bought this just in case we were without power. I forgot to turn the gas valve to on. Once I figured that out it started right up. Push button works. It is a not a quiet machine, I plan to cover it in a vented box or use some plywood to mute the sound a little. Overall a great value

We live in Florida and this is our first generator. We couldn't be happier. Easy to get set up out of the box. Not overly loud and very minimal vibration. We ran some tests on our house (1000 sqft) and we won't skip a beat (minus the central AC) if/when we loose power. That's what we were looking for. Great product for a good price. Highly recommended

We're new to Florida and are preparing for hurricane season...and a generator is a must. We were looking for a generator that would power at least 2 refrigerators and a portable ac unit. This one is easy to start, easy to use, relatively quiet and is surprisingly easy to manuever. The remote key fob was a great surprise also!

This generator can run my 3 ton A/C, all lights, tv, and another decent load. I can run either the microwave, one stove burner or oven, well pump, dishwasher, and even the water heater. My water heater is on a 20 amp 2 pole breaker and draws about 15 amps. The water heater running with the A/C does pull it down quite a bit but it will carry the load. If I was in an emergency situation I would probably just heat the water in the morning and then turn the A/C on. I'm sure it would not run my electric back-up heat in the heat pump in the winter so I am going to put toggle switches at the unit to turn off the 24 volt signal from the t-stat to the electric heat just in case I want to run the heat pump. I have a gas propane wall heater so I really wouldn't need to run it, but it never hurts to have extra options. Very pleased with the design, power, and functionality of this generator. The battery is easy to access.

My WGEN9500 was purchased online on Monday they delivered it on Friday. Easy set up came with oil, wrenches, wheels, and battery. Starts 3 ways all started the generator with no problem! Has lots of handy features plus a very generous warranty program of 3 years motor and gen. Well worth the money!!!
