Purchased this generator after several days comparing and reading online reviews. The Wgen9500 received great reviews and after running the generator it performed as promised. Started and run for 2 hrs and is running great. Definitely recommend this product.

Bought this Generator about 1 week ago and so far it has work as described. Wanted a Generator to power my home in case of outages which apparently occur often now in California. The thing that I love is the remote start feature. Overall happy with purchase.

So far so good! After one year. This has been a reliable generator. Purchased for emergency power as a whole house power supply. Will power everything in a 1400 sq ft house including a 220v well pump without a problem, also not that noisy for it's power output. My only knock on this generator is it is very heavy, It will take two people to load into a pick up with a ramp.

Purchased this generator due to living in Florida where we have frequent power outages as a result of tropical storms and hurricanes. It started the first time we tried with the remote automatic power button!! Seems to run like a top. Hope we don't need it, but it is fueled and ready for any outages.

I am a widow in my 60s and appreciate how easy this generator is to use. The initial set up was easy and the generator started right up the first time I used it. The oil was even easy to change. I especially appreciate all this since southern Michigan has frequent power outages.

2 weeks ago I purchase this generator. Upon receipt I was glad to see it was easy to assemble. The generator is a beautiful color. The generator came with a quart of oil and the generator manual was easy to follow. The updated push start and the remote control start is awesome. It is easy to move around for storage. The motor makes less noise than my previous generator. Glad my friend told me about this brand. Great investment!!!

In an unexpected power outage, we were able to purchase the Westinghouse 9500c generator. It ran strong for 8 days and powered everything we needed in the house. We were careful not to run too much electric at once, but we were impressed none-the-less. It really saved us, as the temperatures were quite cold. Also impressive is the manual! It provides very specific details in a very easy to read and understand format. The instructions made setup, use, and an oil change a breeze!! The unexpected bonus for us was the remote start/stop fob. We didn’t realize how nice this made things; saving us from going out into the cold to push a button. Our only complaint is the noise. It is loud, and 8 days of it was uncomfortable. However, I don’t believe it is any louder than the average generator. And we expected the noise as part of the deal. Obviously, the benefits outweighed this one negative.

This model generator exemplifies excellent craftmanship, it will power everything in my house including the AC! It purrs quietly compared to most other brands and the remote key fob is a great feature! The 3 year warranty beats the 3 month or 1 year warranty other brands offer. Highly recommended.

Unit came in in perfect condition. No scratches dents or scuffs. Assembly was a breeze. Put oil and fuel in and it started up first time with no issues. With the interlock and receptacle having been previously installed, it was time to put it to the test. With a bit of common sense this generator can successfully run our 3 ton HVAC, well pimp, side by side refer/freezer, small chest freezer and a few needed lights. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Instructions and setup are easy and ready to run in 20 minutes. The battery came charged. And all the tools needed, including oil was included. I do note the gas gauge seems to show only 1/2 tank with 6 gallons added. I may need to check with help if gauge is faulty.
